Dr Amina is currently a senior lecturer at the Arshad Ayub Graduate Business School, Universiti Teknologi MARA in Malaysia. She teaches Managerial Accounting, Strategic Management and Human Resource Management in the MBA program. Her key contributions to the faculty include her applied research supervision and her consulting projects, events, coordination of industry-academic strategic collaborations, customised programs and international partnerships. With a career spanning over 21 years, she has experience in both industry and academia. Amina joined Arab Malaysian Corporation, KL in Internal Audit after which she spent a year in an SME in Finance. In 1998, her MBA degree from Ohio University USA led Amina into her career in academia with Asia Pacific Institute of Technology KL. During that period, Amina also acquired a license in Unit Trust Consulting. In 2002, Amina joined Universiti Teknologi MARA Malaysia as an academic and she has been a part of this largest public Malaysian university till today. Amina holds a Bachelor Commerce degree majoring in Accounting & Finance from the University of Melbourne, an MBA from Ohio University and a PhD in Business (Human Resource Management) from Curtin University. Amina is active with the University of Melbourne 校友 Association Malaysia.
Coral is an Assistant Vice President in the Financial Institutions Corporate Banking team at Citigroup. Prior to her current role, Coral worked in the Corporate Finance Advisory team at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. During her studies, Coral undertook an exchange program at the University of Hong Kong and was the recipient of two travelling scholarships. Coral is also a representative on Asia Pacific Loan Market Association’s (APLMA) Young Leaders Committee which aims to provides a professional networking forum for young executives in the syndicated loan market. In addition, she is a member of the Palladian Association’s Business and Commerce circle for The MacRobertson Girls’ High School, which strives to provide business and commerce-related career resources and networking opportunities for current and alumni students. Coral was actively involved in student life at The University of Melbourne. As one of the Graduate Ambassadors at the 墨尔本商学院, she was part of a professional marketing and communications unit connecting with prospective graduate students through recruitment activities and social media platforms. She was also involved in the Faculty's Career Mentoring and Leadership Award programs. Coral has been a member of the 年轻校友委员会 for the Faculty of Business & Economics since 2013.
Amanda Liu the Head of Corporate Affairs for Morgan Stanley Huaxin Securities (MSHX), the onshore platform of Morgan Stanley in China. Before Morgan Stanley Huaxin, Amanda was the Head of Brand & Communications of BNP Paribas China. Prior to BNPP, she was the Head of Corporate Communications for eBay China during the rise of e-commerce in China. She started her career in marketing & communications in 2003 with Burson-Marsteller, servicing Fortune 500 clients by supporting their local relation building efforts with government agencies and media, and local clients by paving their way to the world in terms of reputation management. After B-M, she joined Ogilvy Group in China and led a team to build a 360-degree brand in China for the Group and its parent company, WPP. As a marketing & communications veteran with 16 years experience, Amanda has helped several multinational companies across industries establish and maintain a positive brand image in China.
Scott has been a Partner at KPMG since 2009 and is national head of KPMG’s Debt Advisory Services. Scott joined KPMG in 2002 following previous roles in industry and professional services in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has over 20 years of corporate finance and advisory experience, including in the areas of financial due diligence, valuations, financial modelling, infrastructure project advisory, privatisations, workout / restructuring and debt advisory. Scott’s primary focus now is in the Health, Ageing, Human Services and Education sectors, advising across not-for-profit groups, the private sector and government. Given his extensive work in these sectors he is active in the emerging impact investment and social capital markets and has worked on a range of capital raisings to support the delivery of major projects and services. Scott commenced his career with Ernst & Young in 1995 and is a Charted Accountant. He has a 商学学士 from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance with FINSIA.

Cassandra is currently working as an analyst at Deloitte within the private accounting and advisory team, after graduating from the University in 2016 with a Master of Management (Accounting), following completion of the 商学学士 (Economics & Finance) in 2014. During her time at University, Cassandra embraced the various opportunities on offer, including representing the Faculty at the Global Business Case Competition in Seattle and consulting for Not-For-Profit organisations in her role as Consulting Director as part of the 180 Degrees Consulting Association. This involvement and engagement with the Faculty of Business & Economics has since continued, with Cassandra serving on the Faculty’s 校友理事会 for the past two years. Her youthful perspective and driven nature has seen Cassandra assist with various strategic initiatives and alumni engagement activities. These include acting as an alumni ambassador and guest speaker at various Faculty 事件, working on the alumni social-media engagement initiative, and recently moderating the panel discussion for the 2018 校友 Business Leader’s Breakfast. Cassandra has enjoyed representing her fellow alumni on the Council over the past two years, and would like to continue to support the Council in further engaging and providing professional development and networking opportunities to all alumni.
Chris has 30 years' experience in roles in chartered accounting, investment, corporate and institutional banking and private wealth management. His experience spans Australia, New Zealand and 11 countries in Asia. Commencing his career with Deloitte, Chris gained a professional foundation in audit, accounting, tax and business advisory. He pursued his interest in corporate finance and advisory at Maracorp, until its acquisition by Bank of Melbourne. Chris spent 5 years in commercial property development and investment finance. He then returned to investment banking at Hambros where he developed his skills and passion for the Food, Beverage & Agribusiness ("FBA") sector. This led in 1996 to Chris joining ANZ to commence the FBA industry specialisation model in Melbourne. The success of the model led to national, Trans Tasman and Asian roles. In 2010 Chris brought together his rich career experiences in a Private Wealth Director role focused on UHNW and Family Office Clients in the ANZ Private business. This role encompassed all aspects of wealth management, asset allocation, estate planning, risk management, capital structure and philanthropy. Chris holds a 商学学士 from the University of Melbourne, a Diploma in Financial Planning and is a Chartered Accountant.
Kate is Founder and CEO of En Pointe 事件, a leading event strategy, design and production company advising long-term clients including Mirvac, the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival and the Australian Ballet.
Matthew joined Flagstaff Partners in 2018 and has 17 years of experience in investment banking. Prior to joining Flagstaff Partners, Matthew worked with J.P. Morgan for 14 years, initially in Melbourne covering industrial clients and then in Sydney, leading the firm’s coverage of private equity, healthcare and TMT clients. Matthew commenced his career with Macquarie Bank’s Investment Banking Group in Melbourne. Over his career, Matthew has advised on numerous transactions across a variety of sectors including healthcare, telecommunications, media, business services, chemicals, consumer products, mining services, paper & packaging, transportation, building products and retail. He has worked on a broad range of transaction types including public and private treaty M&A, equity raisings (IPOs, entitlement offers, placements), and domestic and offshore debt raisings (investment and non-investment grade), as well as providing strategic advice to clients on growth strategy, capital management & allocation and shareholder activism.
